Perfect for those who have been working for a time and either do not like their current career as it is not bringing satisfaction, success or a long-term career opportunity. In this category, we also find people who have been highly successful and previously enjoyed a career but it is now past “use by date”.

Using the same aptitude profiling combining this with interest/skill and temperament questionnaires to show why the current career is not fitting and the preferable career to now pursue. The results are a career that is enjoyable, satisfying and fun.

Specifically designed for professional or semi-professional sports people to know the career to pursue when it is time to move to the next stage of their career. The highly competitive nature of sports makes it essential to know what is going to be the career after they have reached the hiatus of their sporting life.

Many issues such as injury, changes in the sport or other life’s demands can bring a sudden end to a sports career. This program enables people to prepare in advance with the best fitting careers outside of sport.

“Parents returning to the workforce”

Mums or dads who have been caring for a small child who is around kindergarten or school age. Parents who have been home-schooling and their children are now entering tertiary or entering the workforce.

When parents choose to take time out from their career to be full-time parent, devoted to that all-important task of shaping young lives there can be a sense that their previous career has passed them by or confidence is lower. This program is specifically designed to ensure that the career direction fits ideally with their natural abilities and examines the possibility of other careers or a variation on their previous career that may more ideally fit.
